U.S. Equity
This mandate was established in 1988. The portfolio manager seeks to invest in high-quality, U.S. large-cap stocks with strong earnings growth and below-market valuations. The portfolio manager applies London Capital's proprietary quantitative approach supplemented with fundamental research, with the goal of creating a portfolio that is diversified through broad sector coverage within the U.S. market.
U.S. Value
This mandate was established in 2003. The portfolio manager seeks to invest in U.S. stocks that are relatively undervalued when compared to the overall market, the stock's peer group and/or the company's historical average, and possess a combination of attributes that highlight stocks poised for out-performance. To achieve this, the portfolio manager applies London Capital's proprietary quantitative research and analysis with the objective of identifying key drivers of stock performance.
U.S. Growth Sectors
This mandate was established in 2001. The portfolio manager seeks to invest in U.S. companies that are demonstrating above-average earnings growth. The portfolio manager maintains a diversified portfolio and applies London Capital's proprietary quantitative approach and ongoing portfolio analysis to this mandate with the objective of identifying key drivers of stock performance.
Global Equity
This global equity mandate was established in 1998 and has a portfolio objective to diversify across U.S. and international holdings. The portfolio manager seeks to make gradual shifts in the asset mix between international and U.S. markets, following broad economic cycles to pursue risk-adjusted growth opportunities wherever they may emerge. The portfolio manager seeks to invest in companies which have strong and improving earnings growth, and currently trade at reasonable valuation levels. London Capital's U.S. stock analysis and JPMorgan's international stock analysis are combined with the goal of identifying attractive opportunities across all markets.
Global Infrastructure Equity
This mandate was established in 2009. The portfolio manager seeks to invest primarily in securities of companies throughout the world that directly or indirectly benefit from the development, maintenance, servicing and management of infrastructure. The portfolio manager's focus is on attractive income-yielding stocks whose dividend income may enhance portfolio returns.
Global Real Estate
This mandate was established in 2008. The portfolio manager invests in domestic and international real estate investment trusts (REITs) and public companies engaged in real estate ownership, development and/or management. For this equity sector-specific mandate, the portfolio manager seeks to create a portfolio of high-quality real estate businesses from around the world which exhibit strong growth characteristics combined with attractive dividend income.
